Church & Community

At the Ridgeway CE Primary School we provide an education based on the principles of the Church of England. Our Christian values are central to everything we do. 

We have an extremely close and fruitful relationship with our Ministry Team and are regular visitors to our Parish Church St Mary's, Childrey. Our relationship ensures that we are very much at the heart of our local community and play an active part not only in Church festivals but a wide range of community events. Events such as Childrey's Open Gardens where the children created sustainable flower displays, joining the community Hymns and Pimms event, decorating the Village Christmas tree, taking part in our community lantern festival or collecting donations for the Wantage Foodbank to support our local families.
